Welcome to Youth Triumph! By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you:

And, if a minor, have obtained parental/guardian consent.

Safeguard your account credentials; you are responsible for all activities under your account.
Youth Triumph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
Harass, spam, or harm others.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Disrupt the Platform’s functionality (e.g., hacking, data mining).

User-Generated Content:

You retain ownership but grant Global Organization for Development /G.O.D./ NGO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display content globally.
Content must comply with all laws and must not violate third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by Global Organization for Development /G.O.D./ NGO or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Global Organization for Development /G.O.D./ NGO does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Youth Triumph and its affiliates are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, profits).
Third-party conduct or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Youth Triumph against claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform.

8. Termination

Youth Triumph may terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice, for any reason. Users may terminate by ceasing use and closing accounts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bulgaria.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for changes.
