Dates: 20-26 August 2025 | Location: Santander, Spain
Topic: This course explores gender diversity through an intersectional lens, examining how it connects with other factors like migration, racism, functional diversity, and sexuality. Participants will share tools and experiences on how to address these issues in youth work.

Objectives:

  • Explore how gender diversity intersects with various social factors like migration, racism, functional diversity, and sexuality.
  • Enhance youth workers’ understanding of these important social issues and how to address them in practice. Develop strategies for inclusive approaches and provide useful tools and methodologies.
  • Meet with local grassroots organizations and NGOs working on gender, migration, and other social justice topics to gain insights from their initiatives.
  • Encourage peer exchange and foster partnerships for future collaborative efforts.

Participant Profile:

  • 18 years or older
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency
  • Open-minded and willing to work in a multicultural environment, respecting diverse opinions
  • Experience or interest in youth work
  • Strong motivation for the topic, eager to share ideas, reflect, and engage in discussions

Participation Fee
There is no participation fee.

Accommodation and Food
The organization will cover the costs of accommodation and meals, funded by the Erasmus+ project.

Travel Reimbursement
Travel expenses will be fully reimbursed after the training course, based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator.
