❌ What This Training Isn’t!

🔹 Not a holiday package! 🇭🇺🏝️ While Hungary is stunning, sightseeing isn’t part of the program. You can explore before or after at your own expense.
🔹 Not a traditional classroom setting! 🏫❌ Forget about lectures! Our training is hands-on, led by experienced facilitators, focusing on practical learning.
🔹 Not a luxury retreat! 🏨🍽️ Expect comfortable but simple accommodation, nourishing meals, and a resourceful experience—no five-star treatment here!

✅ Age: 18+
✅ Residency: Must be from an Erasmus+ eligible country 🌍
✅ Interest: Passion for public speaking, communication & personal growth 🎤✨
✅ Experience: No formal qualifications required, but you should be involved (or eager to be) in youth work 👩‍🏫
✅ Language: Basic English skills required 🗣️
✅ Commitment: Be fully present for the entire training & follow-up activities 📅
✅ Sustainable Travel: If you’re within 1000km, be willing to use bus/train 🚆🌱

🎯 What You’ll Need to Do After the Training

📩 Submit travel documents – Provide original tickets & invoices within 20 days for reimbursement.
📢 Share your experience – Post about the training on social media with photos & tag us! 📸📲
📊 Complete the evaluation – Fill in the European Commission’s participant report ✅
📜 Youthpass Certificate – Reflect on your learning & submit it.
👥 Host a local event – Organize a session to share your insights with at least 15 people and document it with photos. 🎤👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

⚠️ Failure to complete these tasks may affect your reimbursement.

✈️ Travel Arrangements & Reimbursement

🌿 Green Travel (Bus/Train) is encouraged for distances under 1000km!
📩 DO NOT buy tickets before getting our confirmation! 🚨
📝 Reimbursement is based on actual costs and will be transferred per country.

💰 Travel Reimbursement Rates (per person, round trip)

🔹 Medical Insurance is mandatory! EU citizens should get a free European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), or arrange private insurance. 🏥📑
