✨ Project Overview

Tur Cos Ta Posibel is actively involved in KIA, the prison of Aruba, through ESC Volunteering programs, both long-term and TEAM-based. BAM (Barbering, Art, and Mechanics) is a 3-week initiative aimed at engaging young male detainees (ages 21-30) with both professional and recreational activities.

Following the success of AMIS and FAIS (check our website for more info), BAM will be a TEAM ESC project combining sports and artistic activities—including painting a mural in the sports area—alongside professional skills training in Barbering & Mechanics to help inmates develop their careers beyond prison.

🏠 Accommodation, Meals & Transport

🏡 Volunteers will live in a shared community house (4-5 people per house).
💳 A food allowance will be provided via a bank card to buy groceries for dinners, while breakfast & lunch will be at KIA.
🌊 The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and fully equipped for self-catering. Towels will be provided.
✈️ Economy flights (hand luggage included) will be covered & booked for you. 🚐 A van will be available for transport to and from KIA.

📚 Training & Learning

This project is all about sharing knowledge and skills in an informal, interactive way. Volunteers and inmates will exchange experiences, learn from each other, and inspire personal growth. 🚀
