📌 Description

Odsherreds Efterskole is a Christian, self-governing boarding school (efterskole) that provides secondary education for 9th and 10th grade students. Around 160 students, aged 15-17, attend the school for one academic year. 🏫

Located in Fårevejle, a small town in the western part of Zealand, Denmark, this unique Danish school concept allows students to experience a private boarding school environment with government support. While parents pay an annual fee, financial aid is available based on economic status.

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport

✔️ Housing: Volunteers will live in a shared volunteer house near the school. 🏠
✔️ Meals: Provided at the school. 🍽️
✔️ Transport: Included. 🚗

📚 Training During the Activity

Volunteers will receive:

📌 Mid-term training
💡 Both provided by the Danish National Agency.
