About the Project
“Who or what am I?” This is the question we will contemplate as we walk through nature, meditate, or visit a Zen center.
“Who can I be for you?” We will ask this as we share our journey with others.
“How can I help?” This guiding question will lead us as we search for new visions and directions.
7 days spent immersed in nature, sleeping under the open sky, carrying only the essentials in your backpack. Through deeper engagement with the outer environment, we will explore our inner worlds, uncover our unique gifts, and recognize our place in the interconnected web of life—with the Earth, others, and existence itself.
Objectives
- The power of community
- Courage, resilience, simplicity
- Cultivating an inner compass for one’s own path
- Living in harmony with nature and the environment

- Mindfulness and interconnectedness
Words from Trainers
Nature has a remarkable ability to restore and inspire. Surrounded by its beauty, we reconnect with ourselves, find clarity, and cultivate inner peace. The natural world teaches us patience, resilience, and balance—qualities essential not only for personal well-being but also in our roles as educators.
- Šimon
As local and international educators, we often focus on caring for others. This training invites us to dedicate time to OURSELVES. Let’s pause in this fast-paced world, be present, and spend time in beautiful nature, becoming more mindful and aware educators.
