The Youth Work Talks series is part of the “Growing Youth Work” partnershipโa Strategic Cooperation project involving 16 National Agencies for EU youth programs and SALTO Resource Centres (SNAC). ๐ฑ๐ช๐บ
This initiative creates a space for professional debate and reflection on pressing youth work issues, with a key focus on recognition. ๐ Through a series of discussions, we aim to enhance the European professional dialogue on youth work.

ABOUT THE 4th EUROPEAN YOUTH WORK CONVENTION ๐
Hosted by the Government of Malta, Aฤกenzija ลปgฤงaลผagฤง, and the European Union Program Agency (EUPA) in collaboration with the EU-Council of Europe Youth Partnership, the 4th European Youth Work Convention will take place in Valletta, Malta, from 27 to 30 May 2025 under the Maltese Chairpersonship of the Council of Europe. ๐ฒ๐น๐๏ธ
Under the theme โYouth Work Xcelerateโ, this event will highlight youth work as a powerful tool for:
๐ Empowering young people
๐ค Fostering inclusion
๐ณ๏ธ Encouraging active participation
๐ A European Roadmap will be developed to enhance youth work effectiveness and sustainability at national and European levels.
The European Youth Work Conventions, held every five years since 2010, drive innovation, collaboration, and policy development. These events unite practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and youth organizations to shape the future of youth work! ๐
