Scholarships: Partial merit based scholarships are available in request. Travel grants are not included.
Participation fee: 975 Euro for foreign participants
Participation fee: 1500 BGN per Bulgarian participant or 1300 BGN per Bulgarian participant of a group of min. 3 representatives of company.

Description: The course aims to provide specialised knowledge and to develop skills on leadership and corporate governance for young people and young professionals. Training’s duration is 30 academic hours. 5 days each day 6 training hours. Lecturers are one of the top Bulgarian professors on Leadership and Corporate Governance.
Leadership lectures will be delivered by Assoc. prof. Rumyana Kareva, Rakovski National Defence Academy, Leadership Chair.
Corporate governance lectures will be delivered by prof. Nako Stefanov. Prof. Stefanov is leading university professor and consultant on corporate governance. He was research fellow at leading Japanese organizations such as JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), JICA and JPC-SED (Japan Productivity Center for Socio-Economic Development), Osaka, Japan. He was also Chief expert at the JETRO in Sofia. Some of his research work is in the field of management, especially in the field of Japanese Style of Management and Management, and Economy in East Asia. As well he is consultant to some of the biggest Bulgarian and International Companies in the country- Bulgarian Railways, LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas JSC, Schneider Electric JSC, Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant, Burgas Airport, KCM, BIOVET JSC. He was SMED(Single Minute Exchanger of Die) at Montupet JSC.
Training will be hold in English language.
International certificate for successful completion will be issued to every participant for a 30 hours training on Leadership and Corporate Governance course. If the participant have Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification this certificate can be used for earning 30 CPD points.
Participation fee of 975 Euros per foreign participant includes:
- Training;
- Training materials;
- International certificate for successful competition of the training;
- Conference venue, laptop and multimedia;
- Assistance 24/7 for the days of the training from G.O.D. NGO staff.
- 10 Coffee breaks;
- 5 lunches and beverages;
- Accommodation for 5 days in a shared room, if the participant want separate room he/she will need to pay extra on spot (it will be used a corporate discount from the hotel);
- Guided tour in Sofia;
- Fees of issuing hotel reservation;
- Fees of issuing of Visa invitation from Ministry of Interior of Republic of Bulgaria (for participants that need Visa to enter Bulgaria).
Participation fee of 1500 BGN/ 1300 BGN per Bulgarian participant includes:
- Training;
- Training materials;
- International certificate for successful competition of the training;
- Conference venue, laptop and multimedia;
- Assistance 24/7 for the days of the training from G.O.D. NGO staff.
- 10 Coffee breaks;
- 5 lunches and beverages.
Participation fee does not include any bank transaction fees.
Participation fee does not cover:
- International and city transport to and back the trainings venue. Local transport ticket is 0.8 Euros.
- DHL Fee for receiving the Visa invitation;
- All the Visa issuing fees at the Bulgarian Consulate/ European member Consulate in your country;
Available in request of the participants G.O.D. NGO can organize:
- transport and pick up from and to the airport;
- excursion in Bulgaria, included transport;
Every participant needs to have a health insurance for the days of the training. Minimum coverage 10 000 Euros.
In order to issue your Visa invitation letter G.O.D. NGO needs to make expenses for the Visa invitation from the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior (+ fees for lawyer and notary) and make a hotel reservation (for which we should pay a deposit). All this expenses are named as a registration fee. The registration fee is 100 euros.
If the participant do not receive visa he will receive his participation fee via bank transfer, withdrawn the value of the registration fee from the participation fee + bank transfer fees for returning the participation fee.
After receiving the bank transfer of the participation fee G.O.D. NGO reserves your place at the training.
For participants who need Visa- After receiving the bank transfer of the participation fee G.O.D. NGO team starts to prepare the needed visa and hotel reservation papers. All the papers will be send immediately via DHL to the participants. Participants need to to have DHL ID.
